I had a few problems when I first got my fit, sometimes wouldn't be able to get into first from a stop (that issue dissapeared), only real problem now is sometimes it wont go into reverse on the first try (wtf?).

anyways my car is in town they just haven't unloaded it yet

 

Apparently, they have Honda 5w-20 Synthetic oil. Shizz, I think I might switch over soon since I'm at almost 9000km.

Big diff. after I got my tranny fluid changed at 20,000Km with Motul..espcailly turbo powered makes you shift more.

 

I decided to change the engine oil today. Motul 5W-40.
Everything went smooth until I encountered the overtightened oil filter. Oil filter wrench = no luck.
Irritated, decides to use the screwdriver method. Lo and behold, off it came like a melted butter. picture as evidence.

Man! I would never recommend to use an oil filter wrench to tighthen up an oil filter! Only when u wanna loosen it!

Good that it didn't leak until u start driving it!

 

Yeah definitely, hand tight only for oil filters!
