My last/First car was a free gift from my parents so it was nothing special.

'90 Corolla

Here is the reason that I needed to get rid of it (ICBC took it):

Then there was the Cancer from all the salt they use in Saskatchewan:

My car loved the rain so much it wanted to take it ever were:

Here's the pool that started in the spare holding cell:

So as you can see my previous car was not a beautiful as others in this thread, but it was free. I appreciate my mostly stock fit very much.

Damn you shoulda made a little drainage hole for that in the bottom of the spare-tire well there. Woulda allowed all that pooled up water to drain.

I didn't know that it was happening until the day that I got rid of the car. because the trunk mat was always wet I stopped using the trunk. it was only when I did a good clean out of my stuff that I found out this was happening. And by then I didn't care

Oooh yeah makes sense. Yeah I found something similar happening in my 1st-gen RX-7, but I noticed it DID have drainage pipe things, but they were all blocked up with random bits of tree stuff and bits of leaves and all that, obviously fallen off of the nearby trees where my car was parked, so the water was all backing up and stuff.. lameness!

I had an '85 Mazda RX-7 GS, was pretty nice but it needed a lot of work, and as you can see from the photos, my driveway is not conducive to doing car work. Honestly I don't think it was any faster than my Fit, either.

Kinda miss it, but only because it was a pretty badass-looking car. I love 80's sports cars!

Maybe one day I'll get another one, but it'll have to be in really good condition for me to buy another RX-7. Probably 2nd gen, just because the emissions shit on the 1st-gen is a REAL PAIN to work with, they call it the "rat's nest" for a reason :P
