I've noticed that on one side of my car, the window visor is kinda falling off, and makes this flapping noise when i drive

anything I can do to fix it ???

get some 3m tape and remove old and put on new ones!

Double sided tape could be purchased at Canadian Tire or Home Depot, get the heavy duty 3M outdoor stuff. How can you do that? Remove the broken visor remove the old tape and put the new tape on, and reattach it to the car. Make sure you clean off the goo from the old tape with some goo gone or alcohol.
