Anyone wanna join in as a group?
Premeet at Brentwood Mall @ 9:00AM - 9:30AM so we can grab Bfast and/or clean our cars

i am not going cuz all revscene meet have alot of cops, they will take pic of ur car and put it on the data base
next time they see you...they will know what to pull u over for without even looking at your car !
i got most of that info from the cop who pulled me over last time and toke some pictures of my car, he said "we are going to put this into out data base"
i said fu*k u..my car will be completly different in a couple of weeks...
and now i am scared cuz the parts that are suppost to be here now got delay..lol
so u guys going to the meet. don't pop your hood
next time they see you...they will know what to pull u over for without even looking at your car !

I think cops in Van have moved beyond targeting the bad drivers to just opening fire on anybody who owns a modified car. Is a very slippery slope from there.

I'm sure cops don;t just randomly take pictures of cars there... i mean I've been to a few shows before and i dun have any cops come by and start aicking pictures of my car / registering my plates... nor taking the photos of the BMW/VW people around me...
I'm just going there to join up with a community and to have fun, it will be nice if we can go as a group but if for whatever personal reasons that some of you feel uncomfy with, thats totally cool =)
Theres over 300 cars for spring RS meet and the rcmp / VPD were busy directing traffic, I have friends who work for RCMP and heck, a lot of them have project cars themselves and are eually car enthusiasts =\

I went to 3 rev scene meets and never had a problem with cops. Nor have I ever seen cops taking pictures and issuing VI's to cars at said meets. I think you just have bad luck felix, you're cars are too flashy

tho i think VPD is much nicer than RCMP
ive been pulled over 5 times without a ticket when i used to live by kits
and since i moved to rmd...it went down hill from there ...

yea i had a few run in with Richmond's RCMP too... There was this time when I left my driver license at my gf's house so I had to rush back to pick it up... i was driving a tad fast and got pull over by the rcmp...
he gave me a ticket for speedning (obviously) and driving without a license - i was like.. dude, I am driving fast cos i want to get my license back =.='
Anyway, as he was writing his paper, he was saying its illegal to tint my front windows... and I was like.. (thinking) "maybe you should take off your sun glasses??" and he goes on saying my car is lowered, my tailpipe is not stock.. and its all illegal..
anyway, i pay for the ticket just to save myself trouble (i didnt dispute it cos i did speed afterall) and 3 weeks later, I got a refund for the tickent.. saying teh rcmp ticketed me for invalid reasons...
all in all, rcmp in richmond are
