The only race track that I know of is Mission Raceway, which has a dragstrip and a small road course (I think about a mile long). There are occasional driving days on the road course, and the drag strip is open to the public on a regular basis in the summertime. Don't know of any rally courses.

Mission race way is the primary track used for motorsports in the lower mainland. It's about an hour out of town.

The Internet home of Mission Raceway Park

VCMC is probably one of the biggest autocross/motorsport clubs in the Vancouver Area. They have a good website where their forums allow people to network.

VCMC Motorsport Club - Home

Hope that helps, and welcome to BC

you're already in BC, so you probably know about: RallyBC Home

There are no real rally events in the GVRD for obvious reasons, but I seem to remember my friends entering events in Vancouver Island.

Closest local track is mission raceway: The Internet home of Mission Raceway Park, and the SCCBC: The Sports Car Club of British Columbia Official Website (SCCBC) holds regulat events there. Otherwise, there's autocross events often locally. in which case clubs like VCMC mentioned earlier will offer good info.

go further down south into the States and there's: Pacific Raceways - Where The Excitement Is Accelerating! near Seattle, and Portland Raceway - Official Home Page - Events this week at PIR in Oregon which I quite enjoyed when I went for a 2 day Quattro club event years ago.

Hey, welcome to Vancouver and hope we get a chance to greet you in person during a group meet/drive sometime this summer.
