Whistler - NESTEA® Chill on the Hill

I don't know about you guys but I am planning to head up there with some friends of mine. If we have enough interest from this forum, we can make this as a Fit Meet + Cruise as well.

Those who don;t have to work on Saturday / Sunday - maybe we cna look into staying overnight at Whistler? There's always the "LAST MINUTE DEALS" =D

Sound like an excellent reason to drive up to Whistler!
We will need to get an early start to avoid the traffic and ro really enjoy the drive up.

Now the million dollar question is: whether if FitFreaks will be able to wake up early enough and assemble for the drive up together.

I like the idea of staying overnight too.

I dun even know if I will be taking my fit up or the Murano... its tempting to drive the "Bigger" car cos its so much more spacious...

All depends on FF responds *ahem*

I am guessing we need to leave Vancouver by 7:30AM?

That's the latest! I was thinking more like 7AM.
Assembly point should be at White Spot or McDonald's in Royal Oak Shopping Mall, West Vancouver.
We can have an early breakfast before then.

But you are right....depends on FF responses.

The fit is fun to drive but if I am driving my family, a bigger car is much needed. I am posting here to let you guys know about this event.

Besides, if my car aint around, doesnt that give your car more attention =P

no....we have to do sh*t in groups.....if u wanna separate...i'd rather not go.....this isn't about who gets the attention, the point is we all drive Fit..that's why we group together.

tell ur wife to drive ur nissan and u bring the fit...she can drive ur family around ...can she ?

Guess everyone is waiting for you to say you're driving your FiT, not the Murano.

Just got back from a group meet and drive with the Mercedes Benz W204 (new C-Class) fellows to Squamish. Pleased to advise all that the road conditions are perfect!

Hope there will be more interest in the forthcoming event next Saturday.

Bump for interest. Looks like no one is into this event?

I am going to take my Fit up to Whistler. If we are meeting together for a cruise, I suggest we meet at Park Royal Parking Lot NW corner (Across from Petro-Canada) NO LATER THAN 7:30AM.

It'll be great if we have a signup so we know who will be going:

1) Guinness
