It is the humidity that makes it so uncomfortable; feels like you are in a sauna all day long!

Bet you guys smell like hell.

I don't think it's been that hot for sooooooooofa-king-long ever since 1996!

And U know it's hot in Vancouver when:
*when 7-11 is like a war zone with lids, cups, straws & spilled over slurpee everywhere
*when hot girls are not HOT anymore coz everyone is sweating like a pig, guys & girls....

Today was officially the hottest day in Vancouver history with the highest recorded temp @ YVR @ 33.8 degrees celcius.

Add a couple of degrees for places like Burnaby where we're farther inland and away from the water that YVR is close to.

I couldn't even hold onto my steering wheel for longer than 5 seconds when I was driving home from work.

I feel sorry for Bus drivers~! Translink implimented the new buses like 2 years ago and those bus have a projected service cycle of 20 years...

the buses have better seats, bigger windows, better ventilation and Projector HIDs... BUT NO A/C~! WHY, WHY?!

I was on the bus the other day and I swear I can open up a headlight without putting it in the oven - its THAT HOT.

Any strenuous exercise is like playing "Russian Roulette" to me in this heat.
