I don't know its the bulb or ballast
don't know how to swap around and don't have time
I rather pay the expert to do the work instead of DIY

hey im down to help you my number is 778-385-9872. lemme know if its just burnt out then u just need to replace one side. but i dunno if they only sell one side. u might have to buy a new kit

its fixed up now
a friend refer me to a repair shop somewhere in Metrotown and he show me how to remove the defective kit
I went to crystal mall and bought the replacement parts
it was very easy to connect the wires
I thought its more complicated but its not.
I guess the initial installation was harder to do
because you need connect the ground wire and find the RED (hot) wire
