Any Tuning Shops in Hawaii

Howzit all,

Anyone in Hawaii doing turbos or supercharging in Hawaii? I checked out Eurosport and they only work with Greddy and Jackson. I told them T1-R uses a greddy management system and Kraftwerks uses the Jackson supercharger but, they don't want to chance working with the unknown.

I've looked around, including at Eurosport, and no one wants to bring in T1R product. There's no real vendors for that brand here. It kind of sucks because shipping is super expensive. As for the Kraftwerks supercharger, I didn't ask about it, but Eurosport should be able to get it in. Talk to Matt. He helped me out a bunch of times. Kraftwerks basically is Jackson Racing via distribution through Skunk 2, or something like that. I know they have like a colaborative effort going on. Let me know if you find something else out about it. I also heard Titan Motorsports can bring pretty much anything in. Except for T1R stuff.

You can try calling Robert at Sonic on Republican St, off nimitz near the Mc Donalds.

845-1192

I talked to him about dropping a K20 engine and transmission into a Fit Sport, roughly $10,000+.

Thanks MINI Fit,

Are you going to do the k20 exchage. I hope the k20 and trans. comes with a supercharger or turbo attached. 10gs, yikes.

No, since my wife wants to keep things stock for now. I can change the wheels out for autocross but that's it. Not even doing cat back exhaust.

I added GReddy exhaust to an old Maxima SE and my wife didn't like the noise, she wanted to take it off. I thought it was fine.

Yup,
Same here, turbos and chargers with no exhaust change doesn't make much more noise except for the tss! after getting off the accelerator. That was my thinking anyway and can't beat the gd3 gas mileage.

Good luck at autocross! It's Sunday right?
