The minimum clearance you want is about 3mm not one hair away.

You need a bit of space for air flow so that your brakes and wheels don't overheat as easily.

You can use a 3mm spacer without problems and stock bolts or nuts on the fronts. Drums in the back are OK.

What are the specs on that wheel? Wider than stock and +45 mm offset?

it's 7 or 7.5, not sure on offset, got it from a guy with a civic
