Tires for sale

205/45/16 Bridgestone RE-01Rs. Super quiet good rolling tires with race compounds. I used these tires for two SCCA events. Should be good for about 14k street driving. For sale 350 for all 4 or make me an offer.

OK, if you do sell what are you using to replace them or have you already got some better tires for autocross or for street use?

RE-11 replace RE-01R now.

I put back on my Federal 595 RS tires. I can't seem to get these tires to work for me. I like the write ups they are the most comfortable tires on the street quiet too but, they seem to slide more than my Federals resulting in worse times. Randy on the other hand is a smoother driver and got almost the same time with my car to his. If I don't sell it I guess I'll save it for street use in the future. I already put in an order for the new compound 595 RS-Rs 140 thread wear.

For Federal 595 tires see the review done by Grassroots motorsports in 2008.

May 2007 there might have been a review of street tires that found-
This order for lap times-
Falken RT-615
Yokohama AD07
Bridgestone RE-01r
Hankook Z212
Federal 595
BFGoodrich KD
Kumho MX
Michelin PS2

I think Federal has changed their 595 line.
This is current-
FEDERAL 595 Drift Competition

I don't recall all of the results but it was compared to Hoosier A6 and Kumho V710.

Federal 595 RS-R
FEDERAL 595RS-R Sport Competition
These are track tires- not sure how they might work for autocross.
In the beginning they might be OK but generally tires good for track are slower to warm up and more durable than competition tires. They can last longer but don't give enough grip for autocross.

I still prefer Extreme Summer tires to competition track tires. Better wear and softer rubber. Track tires are better for road racing and track- better lasting for high speed and higher temperatures.

See how it works for you. Adjust tire pressures when you can.

Aloha,
Brad

Shoots, let me know.

Is that you're white 09? I have a jdm rear sway bar (Ultra Racing) but doesn't fit the 08 because it's made for an H-beam that has parallel shock mounts similar to an 09. May be it might fit. I'll try to make one of those meets. I can show you 09 Fit owners.

Sold, to the guy on Forums Hi. Thanks Hien!! Cool college kid with a civic for daily driving. He almost didn't buy it after I told him it's only 18 to 20k tires for the street.

I owe you one.

Sorry, Vince I couldn't wait.
