17,500? Ha! You'll never sell it...
You have to figure that your car only appeals to people from age 16 to maybe early 30's. And with all the mods you've done, it's going to have to attract someone that is really into cars, specifically Hondas. The average person that is looking to buy a Fit for normal everyday use is not going to care about the fact that your car lays the frame on the ground...
It's an automatic, its got 24k miles, and its at least 3 years old... Yet you are asking more than the price of a new Fit Sport.
You may not want to part it out, but in this case it's the best thing to do. I guarantee you won't get any offers over $13,000 the way the car sits right now. You will lose a ton of money on your parts if you sell the car as is.
I'm not trying to be hostile, only trying to help. It's a nice car but I can tell your right now that most Honda buyers are not looking to buy a car that has all the custom work completed, especially if they are into building cars. Half the fun is picking out parts and installing them yourself.
Good luck with your sale though. I think you will find that the closer you can get the car to stock form, the easier it will be for you to sell.
