Im just curious, is anyone else paying $345 monthly for their fit??? because thats my payment and not including gas (or insurance). I got about 87K on my fit and still got 2yrs to pay it off.

How long was your original loan for? What was the interest rate?

We got our 2010 Sport brand-new with 0.9% financing for 5 years at $250/month.

The total cost for my base 2007 fit was $21,000 / 5yr plan. Not to sure about the interest rate.. I'll have to check that.

Are you serious!? hmmm... as I recall, I bought extended warranty and paid for shipping cost... wait is shipping part of cost??? (I bought my fit at the end of 2007)- when the dealership said it had to special ordered. Long story short, on the day I was looking to buy a car, they introduced me to the Fit (only a base) bcs original people that ordered it couldn't drive MT, thus I ended up buying it at the time. Would that be the reason why I'm paying so much??? (and I don't even get an Ipad )

About 19K out the door for '11 Sport MT. Got 11.5 for my trade, so financed 7.5 @ .9% so $135.00 per month.

It's good to set the price with the sales person no more than the msrp. (first sticker) At this point it's really good to have a financial calculator with you so you can monitor radical changes in monthly payment.

Get your coffee and food so you can be alert for the next step.....

Then the finance guy will always add tax, destination and documentation fees and add ons to the total. Then they try to get you to get extended warranty and rust proofing or reverse sensors.

I should've researched more about the fit at the time of purchase. If you don't mind me asking which honda dealer did you get your FIT from???

thanks bro. I really do love my Fit even if its just a base. lol, but one day I'll modify my Fit (w/ widebody kit) once she is all paid off, finish sco, and have my life long job. By that time, my Fit will have over 100k miles

28k? Kind of high for a car with an msrp of only $18530 (17760+770 destination) What did you add to the car?
