I went to Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach, CA. I went there because my parents had bought an Accord a couple weeks earlier. The salesman (Giovanni) was so nice and didn't pressure either of us at all. The FITs are in short supply here but Giovanni tracked one down for me and had traded with another dealership and had my FIT within a week. Now THAT's customer service. I HIGHLY reccomend this dealership and especially Giovanni if any of you guys are in the OC area.
