Pohanka Honda - Fredricksburg, VA
Salesperson: Paula Smith.
VERY easy purchase with a helpful salesperson. She worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted (2009 TW Fit Sport) and kept me informed the entire process. I initially went in to look at 2008s, then found out that the 09's were coming soon and decided to wait for them. She was helpful, and understanding over the next month before the 09's came in.
I used the Costco Auto Program. I highly suggest it! It's worth the membership fee. You can always join, pay the fee, then cancel later after the auto purchase for a full refund.
Costco got me $300 under MSRP, right off the bat. I negotiated another $200 off, to reduce the cost of the processing fee ($400) that I felt was excessive. Mrs. Smith threw in the cargo liner for free, without me even asking, I was given a nice Honda keychain, and then found a set of wheel locks in my glovebox after I got the car home.
