Did not call the shop where the parts were to tell them my wife was comming, owner of shop was difficult about it, made a scene when a mark on the lights was noticed. Should have been a 5 minute pickup if the promised phone call had been made...but ended up being a 45 minute ordeal with me having to make a long distance call to get things sorted out. Got the parts in good order, but the pickup experience SUCKED! All because ACfit neglected to make one phone call.

I was actually in Vegas when I got your PM so it was a bit difficult to communicate to the guys back home.
