The midwest is pretty lame when it comes to modded fits. I daily mine and never have I seen another.

 

I've never seen a modded Fit, and I'm on the west coast.

(well, technically a mile from the coast, but close enough).

I see modded cars occasionally, but they are usually 20 year old Civics with matte spray-can paintjobs and cracked, primer-colored body kits.

No shortage of performance cars out here, but they are usually the BMW/Porsche/Audi variety, with the occasional Maserati or Lotus.

 

I have seen a few, but they are few and far between compared to places like LA. Mine has a few.

 

I know of a guy named Kieth that used to work at VanWall that had a Blackberry Fit that I aligned for him. I work at Ancona Honda and never have seen a modded Fot besides his in town. I dont know if he still owns the car, havent seen it in a while. I have an S2000 and spend most of my time/money modding following the boards on that car. The Fit is my daily, although I do like them and modded mine. I have been off these boards for a long time and had recently started looking again to regain some interest in the car. I was considering selling the car to get out of the payment, although its not much. Was just going to pick up another beater,

After seeing some of the cars on here, I have changed my mind, at least for now. Just cant beat these cars for the money and I love having a new reliable DD. Never have to work on it or think about it failing.

If anyone wants suspension work/ other work done on their Fit in the area let me know. I am a Honda technician and have a Fit of my own. I do some work for the local S2000 guys and wouldnt mind seeing some Fits around with some mods.

 

Hey, my name is Derrick. I am a tech across the street at the Toyota dealership. I have an '07 fit sport MT. Is yours the slammed fit with the big spoiler? If so, your car is the reason I bought mine lol. Mine is pretty much stock (intake, muffler, wheels) but I can't wait to start modding.

I drive a modded Fit in St.Louis... been here since 2010... but I think I'm one of the few that races thier Fit on a constant basis. Auto crossing that is with STL SCCA.

Maybe if I go to Kansas City (missouri) Auto Crosses... I'll let u know.

 

Im in the process of modding mine, located in south KC. Will be lowered on wheels pretty soon.
