I see these type of posts all the time for other areas so I figured I'd start one here.

Saw a SSM Fit (I think it was a base model, but can't be sure) in Ocean Lakes today at lunch. Looked stock, but had a bunch of stickers on the back window.

Also saw a VBP Fit on Nimmo Pkwy a couple weeks ago. It was passing the Wal-Mart headed towards General Booth Blvd.

 

Wow, I'm amazed. Saw another SSM Fit Sport today...this time I was going down Monticello Ave in Norfolk around 4:00. Anybody on here?

 

I always see Fits but they are either stock or old people driving them.

 

I got bummed yesterday. Drove by the Honda Dealership and there was a MR Sport Fit on the front line beside the Civic's. It has been the best part of owning the Fit because you never see them around here. In one week I actually saw three and got to talk to one that owned the SSM Sport. I told her about Fit Freaks and hoped that she would join up. This keeps up we will have enough for a car club!

Hmm...is this up on the peninsula or south side? I've only seen 4 or 5 since I got my Fit (I hit 1 month yesterday). Of course, the sun's usually already set by the time I'm out driving around, so that could be it too.

 

This is on the peninsula.

I'm over in the Ocean Lakes area, but my parents live off Rosemont so I'm over there a lot. I'm surprised I haven't seen you.

 

Why dont you guys come up to the peninsula this weekend?

they rotate between hampton/va beach area starbucks.
but if it doesn't soon maybe we can meet up tomorrow or maybe next weekend

Hey guys! I've probably seen some of you around... The Fit sightings are starting to pick up here. I got on 64 a couple of days ago right behind another BOM... I live in the Kempsville area and normally commute to Norfolk Naval Base and shipyard. So if you see a BOM with a Fox sticker and CPO sticker on the back window, that's me! Honk and wave!

By the way, any of you use a Thule roof rack? Any gripes or praises? I need to get new towers to put my old bike trays on but I'm also thinking about getting a hitch and Thule 917.
