I saw a SSM Sport on Belt Pwky today. She has the JDM Visor and put the FitFreak.net sticker at her back windows. Is she here?? Plz report

 

Saw my first BOM other than my own on the way to work this morning. Was out here on LI on Rt 347.

 

Saw a Red Fit with some type of business writting on the doors on Hylan blvd on Staten Island... I've seen a few now that are for different companies.

Also saw another black Fit in Great Kills on Amboy rd.... at least he gave a wave

Does the SSM have alot of decals?

I run alot a few anime inspired decals and non racing decals...

I drive all over NJ, Staten Island, and NYC....

the pic from my sig is on my Fuel tank. I see fits all the time would be nice to see a couple from here!

 

I saw a nice blue one in Queens last week with limo on all 4 side windows.. looked real clean... I wonder how often the cops harrass them?

A few weeks after I got my 09 CBP Sport, I saw a CBP Mugenized Fit in Woodside, never seen it again.

I guess there's a few fitfreaks left in NY... but no meets.

 

no the SSM i seem to keep bumping into is pretty clean, not a single decal anywhere but then again most of the times were drive-by's . completely stock appearance. i bumped into him first time at a Sonoco once filling up, i was pretty stoked bumping into another fit filling up specially around brooklyn since all the other Fit drivers were of more "mature" age group. he seemed like early 20's.

i swing by caesar's bay on friday nights occasionally but sadly there's not 1 fit around. or maybe i just come in at all the wrong times, i also tend to leave after 15 minutes of being the only Fit there.

 

What's at Caesar's bay? Where?

 

It's at bay parkway in brooklyn where Toy's R Us, Modell's, Kohl's is. There's a Big parking lot there so most friday nights, there are small amount of gearheads that show up in there custom rides or DD just to hangout and chill. but i dont think they'll be anyone there tonight due to the rain

 

Damn, all the way down there... Didn't they used to race there like 20 yrs ago? Before all the stores opened up there.

 

haha maybe closer to me than it is to you, but im not quite sure about the racing part.

 

iirc, back when I was in hs I went down there with a couple friends who raced their cars.. pretty sure it was in the same general area... Makes sense to me that they'd hold meets there.

We gotta get a Fit meet eventually... I see a few new owners.

Saw an orange fit parking while heading home early in the evening, i tried to wave but she was too busy concentrating on parking. it was on bedford ave around 8ish, i wonder if she's on this forum

Good to see more Fit owners in the area.

 

It might be just my imagination but I've been seeing a lot more fits in brooklyn. I'd say about 60% of the time I'd bump into another fit on the road.
