Anyone wanna meet in queens somewhere (closer to the main land mass of states) then we can all cruise to sunken meadows state park as a Fit Crew??
I think it would be nice!

11am meet time, 11:30 roll time. Ever see traffic coming from Queens to Suffolk? Trust me, no chance of being left in our dust!

Guys, if you're coming, please bring something. We could use a grill and charcoal/propane if you can bring one. A former member of our club has vanished with our club's supplies so we're kinda screwed at this point. Let me know what you can bring.
finaly confirm
Hey Guy I'm in this meeting. I got someone pick up my shift!! Are u guys going to Queen first or just wait at the park?

Guys, the food you'll bring will be for everyone. Basically, if 30 guys come out and everyone brings a little something (most spend under $10) then everyone eats well, there's plenty to drink and there are no "FEES" associated with the club. Our club does VERY well for our members mainly because we got inventive with our meets, where we go, how we roll and the people who sponsor us.
Best thing for you (and vendors) to do is get sponsors lined up. I can shoot you guys our references to car product manufacturers who send us samples to hand out, give tips on finding installers who will benefit by your business thereby allowing them to give your CLUB MEMBERS ONLY, deep discounts. For example, we have an installer shop who does twin turbos, nitrous, superchargers, etc that gives us massive discounts on installation AND the products themselves. You will see a little bit of what happens and how we also do raffles to benefit our club as well. We've never had a cash flow problem and I don't expect there to be one as long as we keep running the tight ship.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING SOMETHING TO THE MEET!
Please bring a bag of chips and a bottle of juice or soda if you can. If you want to make a home made dessert, that's cool too. Just post here what you'll bring.
If anyone can bring a BBQ grill and either charcoal or propane for it, then that'll be your GREAT contribution to the meet. We recently "lost" a deadbeat member who took our club's grills with him when he left. I hope we don't have to buy more, but who knows!
