Sacramento county no longer allows resident to perform major (?) car repairs!

Link to specifics? There are a lot of ways this can be worded to allow for various things.

They giving few examples of "minor work" which can be more messy than some major work if not handled correctly.

Seems like this is something just about all cities should be doing, yes? That is assuming they are referring on doing major car repair on city streets.

OTOH here's something else that Sacramento is currently doing..........

and made a nice urban "kabinenroller"

I don't know about the video. I would have made it more realistic. Like have it run over a stick figure at a intersection or maybe a stick figure on a bike. hmmmmmmm.......
