So it looks like the FREE iphone software unlock has been completed and is being downloaded like mad worldwide. I didn't think it would happen this soon which is why I already ordered an ipod touch from the Canadian site. However, seeing as how the unlock is now available and Apple introduced a $200 price drop bringing the total price to $400. That coupled with a strong Canadian dollar is leading me to think that the iphone is a better route for now until a larger HDD touch is available.

I was wondering if anyone in the states is willing to help me out and buy the 8GB iphone and ship it up to Canada for me. I can Paypal you all of the necessary funds to ship it up here and cover all of the taxes, shipping charges and a little extra for your time and effort. Anyone? Please?
