Anyone here play NHL 08 on PS3/360? I just picked it up last week. I have to say, this is by far the most addicting video game I've ever played. I figured the game was going to be as mediocre as 07, but I was definitely wrong. Everything feels so right now. The realism is incredible.

Trying to get my Xbox Live working, so if anyone wants to play a game or two let me know.

Yupp i got it for my 360! Its a great game and by FAR the best hockey game ive ever played..The goalie mode is awesome and being a goalie, i have to say pretty realistic!

Yeah, I still remember the days of NHLPA '93 and Blades of Steel. This is by far the best hockey game ever made. I have yet to try goalie mode, but I probably should give it a shot. I was a goalie too, but my coach thought if I was going to fight, I may as well play defense. I miss the ice...

I may choke someone at Microsoft. I've now gone through two disks of NHL 08. My 360 keeps scratching them to the point they're unreadable. I don't see how it's possible since the system sits horizontal on my entertainment center. It's really starting to piss me off. $120 down the drain, and all I want is to play NHL!

 

I have the same problem as well and is my second disc, still scratching the disc...but those scratch mark are removeable, once is clean it works fine but after 3-4 games the clean disc thing comes out again and scratch marks all over the disc Btw...GO CANUCKS

Yeah, the reply they sent me today made me want to shoot them. I have a feeling I'm going to have to ship it back to them. This could end up being a monumental pain in my ass since I'm shipping it FROM Baghdad. I swear these money hungry assholes will get a piece of my mind.

Yeah I heard about all these problems with the XBOX so I strayed away from it. Anyways, Ottawa is who I'm rooting for out east!

 

I had a PS3 aswell and it was giving me major problems so i got rid of it and just stuck with Xbox, but now Xbox is having problems lol....

 

lol looks like the Wii is the only reliable one! The PS3 hasn't given me any problems yet
