I generally dislike Honda's other models. I didn't realize how polarizing the Element is.

4 - accord -2 Bigger is not better; I guess the accord got Americanized.
14 - civic
19 - CRV
9- element +1 Unique, don't see many on the road.
12 - odyssey
11 - pilot
24 - s2k

I have been a big Honda fan for about 15 years now, nothing I have found has more consistant reliability. I agree about the Element though, I didn't realize how much a "Love it or hate it" vehicle that was...

2 - accord -2 Just to set someone else up for the kill.
14 - civic
19 - CRV
9- element
12 - odyssey
12 - pilot +1 for a good report from a proffessional driver who says he would take it over his old Explorer any day.
24 - s2k

I'll finish off the Accord, even though I have one.....kindof ugly now.
+1 for Element, I strangely like it.

15 - civic +1 for having the most unrecognized soul in a car evar. you'd think it was alive in the way it just absolutely refuses to die.
20 - CRV
8 - element
12 - odyssey
12 - pilot
22 - s2k -2 for being heavily overrated, overpriced, and generally insignificant

Honda's reputation for reliability is pretty awesome.
I feel that the Honda of 15 years ago is not the same Honda of today.
Whatever happened to making small cars as an alternative to chunky domestics? Oh well, love the Fit.

16 - civic
20 - CRV
7- element -1 still can't stand the looks, wish they had packaged the functionality better
10 - odyssey -1 all minivans are evil, especially when hot hatches are avalable.
11 - pilot
23 - s2k +1 for being way faster than most things in its stock auto-x class

I agree that in the past decade or so Honda has gotten away from it's small car heritage. They are trying so hard to get into the mini-van, SUV suburbanite market that the subcompacts seem to get lost from time to time...then they design something like the Fit. On the other hand the heavier vehicles they put out DO still conform to the reliability and fuel economy standards that are two of the major pillars of the company...

17 - civic +1 for keeping me alive in a three car pile-up with a 1970's buick and an SUV
20 - CRV
5- element -2 for reliability concerns on the first run, my cousin almost bought one of these when they first came out, then Honda lost a lifetime customer to Scion!
10 - odyssey
11 - pilot
23 - s2k

18 - civic, the hatch in particular, +1 for being the car that road race types absolutely hate to see... because you never know if the driver is all sorts of amazing and will pass you and your significantly more expensive car
20 - CRV
5- element
10 - odyssey
11 - pilot
21 - s2k -2 because it consistently loses to miata in the autox

11 - pilot
21 - s2k
