Hey Everyone-
Well this guy is certainly enjoying himself....looks like some sort of concert or event. Anyone been this bad before? enjoy.

Haha. Thats great and yes i have been that drunk before. Im just hoping that since your the video guru you dont find the drunk ones of me on youtube

Well, since it says "Preakness drunk dude" I'm going to guess he's at the Preakness. That's a horse race, folks...one of the three in the Triple Crown. I've not been to the Preakness, but I've been to the infield of the Kentucky Derby, and that sort of thing isn't uncommon at all. Only difference is that at the Derby, he wouldn't have that much room to fall over and not get trampled.
