nah dude look at the lines it's supposed to be a big outline of a dick lol

i didn't look for it on purpose it just looked at the pic as a whole instead of looking at the towns lol

If that is the case, then it is actually about BOTH of the things we were thinking. There is white settlement at the tip of it!!!
