Im not sure what it is. we have cable internet, thru roadrunner. Every time i try to watch a streaming video thats more then 15 or 20 secs its like my internet gives out and stops uploading. even on my torents that are downloading im only getting like .2kb/s... has anyone else had this prob and can maybe help?
