Creative Juices (any artists out there?)
Creative Juices (any artists out there?)
I did a search, and nothing came up along the lines of hobbies. If this is a repost of a thread that has been already done. Sorry. Please merge.
I was just curious, what you guys and girls do other than be fit freaks?
How do you express your creativity outside of your car?
I dabble in the arts. Definitely not your typical art:

So what do you guys do for fun?

i take photographs as a hobby, with an old manual 35mm film camera. not digital so no pics to post, though i do have some scans. i'm not like f*cking great or anything so you're not missing out too much lol.
drums(from grindcore on the set to perc. in band) and music production(fruity loops ftw), drawing(cars mostly, wish I'd have grabbed the stuff I drew up in engineering class before I graduated lol) ummm, driving...if that's an artform. I also like drawing archicectural stuff like buildings/houses. Other than that, writing music(drumline cadences).

im pretty boring. i love to go to raves and listen to live musicc [;
My photography is not the best. But I do as best I can with the equpment I have. I have had a Canon EOS10 for 6-7 years ago. Since then I have only had a Canon Ixus digital. The last one was a Ixus 500 Digital, but there is something wrong with it now. So then I use my shabby N95 for taking pictures.
But I'm saving up for a Canon EOS 30D or 40D. I still have some equipment left from the EOS10 I had before.
But now, over to a few other hobbies I have (beside my car):
* 2 cats (Whiskas and Casandra, pages in Norwegian only and a few years since last update)
* Computers and Internet, games etc.
* Hiking, on foot, on ski, on bike, with or without a GPS, sometime on a Geocaching hunt.
* and last but not least: LEGO building. Here I use my Creative juices.
Here is a few pictures of my latest LEGO creation (click on pictures to see more).

And here is the original:

It is an old cinema/theatre from my home town. The original is built in 1915 and is preserved by law since it is the oldest cinema still in use in Norway.
The LEGO model has interior. The cinema hall has a screen where you can watch live movies with sound (digital photoframe with movie support).
The model is going on display tomorrow on a Hotel here in town because of the film festival that starts on 13th january (TIFF - Tromsų International Film Festival)
