It's simple
1. Go to Vote :: Vote Now :: MTV Europe Music Awards 2008 :: 06.11.08 :: Liverpool, UK
2. Scroll the bottom of screen
3. In the box titled nominate, select Best Act Ever in the box.
4. Type Rick Astley in for your nomination.
5. ?????
6. PROFIT !!!!!!!!
