Just got back from a week bumming on the beach, a few miles north of Myrtle Beach.

View from my room across the street from the beach.

View from the pier. Wish I had my tripod with me for some HDR photos. We caught a big mess of blues, a few lady fish, pinfish for bait, and a 5lb stingray that was some goooooood eatin' blackened on the grill. The guy next to me caught a 4'1" black tip shark FTMFW!!!1!1 Now that was a fighter! I didn't have my camera that first day when he caught it. I was so pissed. That thing was gorgeous.

Looks like a fun time. Don't forget you can always make an HDR from a RAW file.

Holden is pretty effin' awesome. My buddies and I usually rent out a house there every year, the same one. I love bumming on the beach. This year, a shark was beached and some guy was pullin him back in.
