Talking Jeremy Clarkson's Sensible, Exhaustive Ford Fiesta Review

If you're fans of Top Gear, last Sunday's episode was ridiculous. One highlight that got posted to YouTube is Clarkson's hilarious review of the Ford Fiesta, perhaps the Fit's only real competition. I'd be interested to drive one when they cross the pond in a few years.

Do NOT miss the insanely epic ending. If you've never heard of Top Gear, this is the kind of shenanigans they do all the time on the world's finest car show.

Hate to see what Top Gear would do and say about our Fit cars. Top Gear UK is the best, they have USA and Aussie versions as well, the UK version remains sacred.

Fifth Gear is garbage....a Top Gear wannabe.

They actually gave the Jazz a good spot. They had their mom's drive it around the track. That was a good episode. I forget who's but one of the mom's used a turn signal while going around on the track.

Europe has all the great cars and for every budget. They should have had Stig drive the moms around, now there is a show.

Will look for the Jazz episode.

Cheers.

I <3 Top Gear. Oh, it was Richard Hammond's mom who used her turn signal.

That must be one fun little beast! Every, and I mean EVERY review raves about the steering, and the Fit/Jazz, is often described as boring and bland by comparison (outside of the US, where drivers are so numb from years of Explorers and CamCords that they're astounded by ANY road feel).

A friend over in Britain couldn't believe thatthe Fit is marketed as youthful and sporty. They are very stereotypical "old people's cars" over there, which applies to Honda overall (much like Buick or Mercury here). Remember the episode of Top Gear where they test the Element, and declare it the first cool Honda, but only after stopping by the old folks home and making sure they didn't like it.
