im not talking about oblivion. its more of a population control for rep. we just neg you down to under 1000 and when you get over 1000 we neg you back down.

its eccentially just like pushing a midget to the ground so you feel extra tall.

No high roller rep. The rep game was just starting to take off like crazy as other people's rep started getting higher and higher.
