YAH!!! Over 1 Million!!

MWWAAAHAHAHA!!
So I KILLED out there today, my Fit is so freaking TIGHT!!
One of the competitors came up and said to me "Dammit, your car has no right to be that fast... it defies all reasonable physics; is like a refrigerator on wheels"
lol, I got a kick out of it!

I think people are seriously under-estimating the Fit; I posted the best time of the day yesterday against 17 other cars I generally don't even dream of beating. It was crazy!! A couple notable ones were the 09' WRX STI, a pair of S2000's (one was a CR) and also a pair of RSX Type-S's.
Today there was not way I was going to get FTD, there was two Lotus's and a Z06 that were crazy fast. Also I was tailing behind the S2000 (non-CR) from yesterday and a new GTI by a second or so.
Lots of people were making fun of my car actually... but after the first couple of runs I saw a lot of eyebrows raising and people staring at the timer board in disbelief

Just handed out 10 more rep bombs.
@Sugarphreak: I'd like to go to an autoX event this week at Road Atlanta. Recommendations on wheels (stock vs my Heliums), preparations, rules, etc.? Also, what all have you done performance-wise to your Fit?
Mine is AT, also, and I don't know how much that will affect it.
EDIT: that event actually sounds more like a track event.

Lighter is always better, but more importantly just make sure you don't have any rubbing because on the course it is like slamming the brakes on & ruining your tires at the same time.
I was running Bridgestone RE-11's (205/50/R15) and they were sticky as hell!! I was playing around with tire pressures a lot and I found that about 38psi is where you want to be on these tires. On my 195/40/R17 Continential tires my sweetspot was closer to 40psi.
My car is pretty lightly modded in terms of suspension; I am running stock dampers w/ Tanabe GF210's, BE 24mm front sway bar (Ballocks to people who think the rear sway bar is better!!) & J's racing front strut bar, I also have a BE C-pillar bar.
With this setup the instructors were saying the car was dialed right in; even the guy driving the S2000 said it made his car feel sluggish through the slaloms after he took mine for a run.

@Sugarphreak: Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, it's the Road Atlanta event that I think is a track event.
I do have a little rubbing up front when cornering above 40 or so, due I think to my lower-offset rims.
I don't really know much about the autoX clubs around here, except for the SCCA. I couldn't find much about things like what class my car would be in, or whether I need a helmet, etc.
EDIT: do those springs lower the car? I'd like to keep the stock height.

You should be able to do some online searching, I am sure that chigago MUST have a good sized club!
You will need SNELL rated helmet, CG locks are good but not required... other than that just make sure to bring lots of water, rain gear & sunscreen. Add about 10psi to your tires, then bleed off as nessisary until you get your best feeling runs. Be aware that when you do a run the tires will heat up and add another 5psi, I like to bleed it off between back to back runs.
Some guys leave their spare tires at home to lower weight... I would highly reccomend bringing it and just taking it out at your staging spot.
The Tanabe GF210's (not to be confused with the DF210's) drop the car the least of any spring out there. About an inch in total, but they dramatically stiffen up the suspenion and the body roll is reduced big time.
