I have had to deal with a few officers myself that have been really arrogant and border line breaking the law in thier actions. While there I would say about 90% of them are clear and decisive in thier actions with a good understanding of the law, you may disagree but they stay well within the bounds of thier duty in protecting your rights while enforcing the law. However there seems to be this x-factor that affects the other 10% with an overwhelming sense of power which they have no problem abusing, as if they have it in for you even though you have only met them for 10 seconds and done nothing to provolk it. It actually scares me and I hate even approching officers anymore because you never know if you are going to get a good one or some asshole who will make you life hard for trying to report vandalism or something going on down the street.

Yeah I know what you mean, if those guys on the forums are anything like that in real life... well it makes my stomach turn. I can't believe how fast people turn to name calling and misdirection when they are supposed to be the people representing our officers & upholding the law.

It makes my blood boil seeing so many people that are supposedly police officers who are just plain ignorant of the law.

 

Well you would hate it here in baltimore cause they all act like that. But for the most part the cops are to busy getting there asses handed to them because there are to many killings and to much drug dealing going on to really worry about things like helping out with stuff like that and making a big deal about nuffin, well at least in the city. Dont go into the county though there are pretty much ALL like that.

 

I think most cops become cops cause they dont have any real education or skills to do anything else and those replies just proved me right

No, it's because they have the same kind of mind that criminals have, but they don't like being in small places for extended periods of time. Thank God for cops!!!!!

 

Damn, thats f'ing retarded. I read all the posts. They all sound like super troopers ass wipes, who chew gum, with aviator glasses, with Flander's(the simpsons) mustaches. I really do think cops are just under-edumacated assholes that join the force because they cant dick with people after high school, so would like to dick with people for a living. Hope everything works out for you buddy.

I'm glad there's some honest one's in that forum and like that guy said with that kind of attitude some guys have they won't make it in the real world if they retire early. What goes around come around. Be cool Craig let things settle they'll eventually know they we're wrong but, I don't think they'll ever admit it because that takes a real man to do that.

 

ummmm juliane i have more respect for police than anyone i've ever met having been raised by one and growing up being surrounded by them i know that some people are not cops to protect and serve but rather get some excitement injected into their lives....but most of them are great people that i'd be proud to call my friends

Actually, better than a Friday night movie, and saved me around $7.00 (probably more, since our theater serves beer and wine).

Recently one of the guys at work didn't feel bad about a $140 charge to make a key at 9:00 PM (AAA kicked in $100).
