Man, I am having a tough time finding 25 people to consistantly rep. It is slowing me down alot!

We should create a "middle class" registry list of people, unlike the baller club we can have basically no cap on how many people can join. With a giant list of names we can hunt out people and rep like crazy, we should be able to advance our rep-positions faster that way with more participants.
