Sorry I haven't been on in a while if anyone cares. Just been busy building stuff for the house. My wife is regretting buying me a table saw and tools for our anniversary. I live in the garage now. LOL. Anyways I will do a round of reppin'.

 

LOL. power tools are down!. When i was installing my lift for my xterra, my friend let me borrow an angle grinder, and i couldnt stop using it to cut random stuff. too fun!

This actually happens every year. Not that rare.

You can find patterns anywhere you look for them. People have looked for the 2012 pattern, so they found it. I'll bet you each $1000 that nothing like the end of the world happens in 2012 (not that money would matter if it did!) I call BS, no offense.

The one thing that is true though, 2012 will mark a year of extremely increased amount of solar flares from the Sun. This could effect worldwide communication and the ISS.

 

Who knows that this is true? This year has been a total surprise to scientists because there have been almost ZERO sunspots, which has never happened before. They can guess at what may happen, they can extrapolate from previous data but the universe still holds surprises for us.

 

These doomsday scenarios always crop up when the going gets tough...and sometimes, when the going is easy! It is just something people find comforting or an explanation, a way to motivate themselves to do things they may not want to do, or a fun and exciting mission to embark upon! remember Y2K that was supposed to leave us without technology for a year or more? Fail!

However, I do think we, especially we Christians, have to keep our lamps filled with oil and the wicks trimmed, in case the Bridegroom comes in the middle of the night. So, I have to go and keep working on getting my house in order!

Don't worry about it, as you can see, I have plenty of rep! Silly thing anyway.

All of my life is because of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All of it. I keep that in my mind every day, and although I have my "Peter" moments where I feel committed but then act the opposite, He always forgives me. My anxious moments come when I forget to trust in the Lord and His mercy.

speaking of doomsday, have you Socal people been watching the news(fox11)? seems like theres wayyy too many people dying/being killed/murdered lately O_O(reported deaths anyway).
