Not 100% sure if this is real, but it doesn't seem like too much of a stretch. I wouldn't believe it if they drove it around the track, but it was within close range. Lewis Hamilton!

It's definitely fake.
Even at that range bluetooth does not provide enough bandwidth to control all the electronics.
That's their new 09 car too. Doubt they would risk losing a signal and crashing it...although Lewis has done it twice already lol.
