No more M-T NEST : (
Picking up #2 son from Pitt U, this morning.
There goes our "private time."
No more empty nest.
#1 son graduates on May 15th and he'll be home till July. Then he's gone to Germany for a year on a fellowship. Yea!
The boys have already expressed their reservations about being back home, since they're both used to living on their own now, but I'm sure we'll find some way to get along. After all, we got along just fine for their first 18 years at home.
I/we love my/our boys, and there's different seasons in life.
We initially missed the heck out of them when they first left for school, and now we WILL be glad to welcome them back...as long as they don't over-stay their welcome.
