Smile My Democrat Friends

As much as it pains me to say this, I have to admit it - my Democrat friends were right.
They told me if I voted for McCain, the nation's hope would deteriorate, and sure enough there has been a 20 point drop in the Consumer Confidence Index since the election, reaching a lower point than any time during the Bush administration.

They told me if I
voted for McCain, the US would become more deeply embroiled in the Middle East, and now, tens of thousands of additional troops are scheduled to be deployed into Afghanistan .

My Democrat Party friends told me if I voted for McCain, that the economy would get worse and sure enough unemployment is at 9.4% and the new stimulus packages implemented recently have sent the stock market lower than at any time since theIslamic Terrorists attacks of 9-11.

They told me if I voted for McCain, we would see more "crooks" in high ranking positions in Federal government and sure enough, several recent cabinet nominees and Senate appointments revealed resumes of scandal, bribery and tax fraud.

They told me if I voted for McCain, we would see more "Pork at the trough" in Federal government and sure enough, 17,500 "Pork Bills" showed up in Congress since January 2009.

I was also told by my Democrat friends that if I voted for McCain, we would see
more deficit spending in Washington D..C. , and sure enough, Obama has spent more in just 30 days than all other Presidents together - in the entire history of the good ole USA!!

Well I votedfor McCain in Novemberand my Democratfriends were right...all of their predictions have come true!

Are Fit owners demographically more likely to be republican???? Or is what's going on here really that demographically the percentage of Fit owners who are republican are more likely to enjoy a community-based and *reputation-based* experience like Fit Freak?

Not talking shit on anyone's ideology, I have just noticed we gotz us lotsa conservatives in here.

Its amazing that Clinton saved so much money and then Bush put all expenses on credit card and made him self look so good while spending the country in to debt.

Now Obama has to deal with it. Turning the direction of a country is like driving a battle ship with one paddle.

All your Democratic friends were correct.... Because no matter who you voted for OR even if you didn't vote at all. We would still be screwed.

It's because Obama is really a Muslim from Kenya. He's not a US citizen. He's been placed here to...... sorry my bosses leave Fox News on here at work, that Sh*t will rot your brain.

Seriously though, I think it's funny that Bush had 8 LONG years to hack away at the stability of the country, leaves office with the economy mirroring the Great Depression and it's Obama's fault that he hasn't fixed it all in a little over 6 months. I say give him some more time and he'll turn this country around.

Truth is we screwed ourselves with Bush & now we just have to stick together & get this country back on its feet. I dont think Obamas color means anything, give the man a chance. Neither McCain or Obama are gonna be able to straighten all this crap up over night.

By the way here is something to think about: To help the economy out we should buy American..... Right? So were is the Fit made?? lol
