Thumbs up Favorite Pickle?

I have been on a pickle kick trying various supermarket pickles.

Here are my ratings so far:
1) Boar's Head Deli Pickle-Not sure it is fair to compare these expensive deli pickles with the jarred pickles, but other lists have done it without noting it
2) Claussen-By far the best jar pickle, nice snap, just wish they had a little more flavor-always refrigerated
3) Dietz and Watson Deli Pickle-These are even more expensive than the Boar's Head pickles. The texture was a little mushy because they use larger cucumbers, but the taste was good.
4) Vlasic-Of all the on the shelf pickles these were not as mushy, and the taste was OK.
5) Famous Daves Pickles-These are a little weird as they are half-dill, half-sweet and spicy. But they have a nice snap to them and are good for a change.
6) Mt Olive-These were my least favorite, although my wife says she likes these. I found them mushy without much taste other than vinegar

There were some store brands that I passed up on, and also some weird brands I hadn't heard of that were kind of cloudy and unappetizing looking in jars.

What is your favorite pickle?

garlic dill pickles from any good authentic deli- to me Claussen comes the closest to a good deli pickle. Vlasic are ok, but too salty

Smile Found a few more...

Here are my updated ratings so far:

1) Boar's Head Deli Pickle-Not sure it is fair to compare these expensive deli pickles with the jarred pickles, but other lists have done it without noting it
2) Claussen-By far the best jar pickle, nice snap, just wish they had a little more flavor-always refrigerated
3) Bell-View - Hot and Garlic Kosher Dills. Found at Harris Teeter. Very nice flavor-probably best of all, Love the garlic with the heat, still had a nice crunch for a room temperature sold pickle.
4) Dietz and Watson Deli Pickle-These are even more expensive than the Boar's Head pickles. The texture was a little mushy because they use larger cucumbers, but the taste was good.
5) Boar's Head Jarred Pickle-Not as good as the deli pickles, smaller and not as crunchy, taste was similar to Boars Head Deli pickles
6) Vlasic-Of all the on the shelf pickles these were not as mushy, and the taste was OK.
7) Famous Daves Pickles-These are a little weird as they are half-dill, half-sweet and spicy. But they have a nice snap to them and are good for a change.
8) Mt Olive-These were not my favorite, although my wife says she likes these. I found them mushy without much taste other than vinegar
9) Bubbies - Found these at Whole foods, their label says they are the "Best pickle in America." Don't believe everything you read, these were way too salty and had an onion powder taste. Even though they were refrigerated still pretty mushy without much snap. By far the worst of the pickles-inedible.
