"Most Visually Displeasing Automobile Ever" Awards

So I was at a stoplight the other day and this thing rolled up. It was mint. Also probably the most ugly thing on four wheels I've ever seen. Almost like it's completely devoid of any style, completely utilitarian yet a convertible, a very strange concept. I have seen them many times before but never visually considered the oddity that is the Saab 900 convertible. I get the coupe and I don't think they're nearly as bad. I have a strange taste in cars as well, but couldn't find it in my heart to accept this.

Respect to the owner for it's cleanliness.

Please post your nominees.

claymore's old Jazz with the holes hack-sawed into the rear bumper to "release trapped air". With him wondering how to test the effect, and guessing that plastic bags taped over the idiotic holes would show how much air was being released, and macbuddy suggesting that he use a rear-window camera to record the results. ???

How much more "visually unappealing" can you get??? Could this get any more dumb?

Oh, for the uninitiated, this crap is posted on Honda Shit Forums.

oh, I think the Chevy Vega wins that award every time. Stoop very low to get in, and then hope it starts. Once it does, hope you survive the drive.

If you're not screwing your car it doesn't matter how ugly it is.

Sorry dude, the copy and paste doesn't work. You have to visit the sewer forums(Honda Shit Forums) to see this idiotic DIY "Rear Bumper Air Release Holes". It is comical enough to be worth your effort. The DIY "Wizard" actually used a hack saw to make the holes in the bumper instead of a hole saw of the desired diameter. Cuz he can't afford a hole saw. Just like he picked up a bench grinder, plugged it in and turned it on to grind down his own wooden front door after rain swelled it shut. Couldn't afford a block plane like normal woodworkers.

He actually describes how he is going to tape plastic bags over the bumper holes to measure the effectiveness, and then macbuddy tells him that he will have to mount a camera to the back window to record the inflation of the bags. As if claymore is going to find a video camera in his neighbor's trash can to use for the recording. Yep- absolutely is going to happen.

I think the new 14 Silverado is ugly.

The 14 Sierra is pretty but not the Chevy.

The new front end on the Chevy is ugly, at least when you drive it you dont see that.

Well, it certainly is a truck.

I like the new F150.

This Vega?

Yeah that's pretty bad.

This is cool though, just need a drop and a lip I guess

Exactly. Now imagine those with plastic bags taped around them as Mr. Wizard drives around Bangcok real fast to see if they work.

I have seen those holes on plenty of race cars. The thought has crossed my mind as well. With all of the people wanting a panel for the underbody of the fit, that nobody has made, it seems like a simple solution.

Btw I am not defending anyone here. I don't care what problems you guys have over the internet, but those hole seem to serve a purpose on plenty of cars.

A stock Honda Fit isn't a race car.

Those holes are never aesthetically pleasing, nor do they really serve a purpose on a street car.

BTW, Loudbang you've just proven yourself to be Claymore.
