Ping jim beam: Trailing arm bushing...
You changed your trailing arm front bushings and sent me photos.
I'm contemplating replacing mine as well, because they are beginning to
break up.
However, OEM front bushings are unavailable separately, coming only as part
of a brand-new trailing arm assembly at $351 Cdn *EACH*! Ouch!
Where'd you get yours?

I have not used this site yet but their home page
looks impresive. www.catalog.honda-auto-parts-wholesale.com

That URL doesn't work. You have to shorten it to:
www.honda-auto-parts-wholesale.com
Once I did that, I discovered two things:
1) A trailing arm bushing is indeed not available for my '91 Integra RS,
but *is* available for the '91 Civic Si. <insert frownie emoticon here>
2) On the home page, all you get is "Honda" in the manufacturer drop-down
box (Step 1), but once you're inside, you can choose ANY make.
Thanks for the link.

yes, unless the arms are severely corroded or cracked, i think the
bushings are all that's necessary. i got the mugen honda ones from king
motor sports, [for my 2000 civic] then used the take-offs later to fix
my 89.
you can buy the oem bushings direct though. part # 52385-SR3-000
credit goes to Jafir Elkurd.

These appear to be for the Civic. Are they the same as for the '91 Integra,
though? Apparently not.
Some Googling turned up this site:
http://www.performanceforum.com/wesv...g/bushing.html
Apparently there is this Honda part number:
52385-SK7-N02 (outside diameter 3.352 inches)
I just called the parts guy at my local Acura dealership here in Canada.
That part number comes up on his system, so it IS an Acura part. It's
described as a "bushing, right rear", but he cannot tell from his system
what year and model it's for. The list price is $78 Cdn (roughly $70 US).
Time to call some US dealerships.
Thanks.

should work. the pics i sent you, the ones with the whole trailing arm,
those are integra arms, but they fit the civic. as far as i can tell,
everything is identical for all those series years, all those series
models, integra, crx, civic [except 4wd].
there are some slight differences in bushing style between earlier &
later years, but the time i ordered the whole arms, they came with the
"modern" series bushings in, not the old style. evidently, the later
ones are improved.
