Hi i have a 97 civic auto . If i start from a stop VERY gently , i
have no problem but if i start normally , than the car start to
vibrate , like if the tire were slipping on wet asphalt , felt like
the car bump up and down for 1 second . is that what is called wheel
hop ? thanks

 

Sounds like a broken motor mount or really bad inner cv joints.

Hey i am back ..so i change a bad looking motor mount the four
other one seem ok , but the vibration is still there.
The vibration seem appear randomly but this is maybe because it
vibrate only when hot . .. The inner cv joint ..hmm i dont know , i
dont want to remove then at this point so i got to a transmission guy
and he talk about maybe something stuck , maybe the filter . where is
this filter ?.... someone have an idea about all this.

So that was a transmission problem . At the dealer , they told me that
i needed a new transmission !!!! so i get to a transmission guy and he
fix it for 200 $ (can) !!! it was the drum of the first gear. He told
me that this was very frequent.
