90 Civic main relay replacement, how to release connector ?

Hi,

Does anyone remember how to unlatch the connector on the main relay connector
in a 90 civic. My daughter is 500 miles away , her 90 civic is showing the
'main relay' problem (I hope). Lost power while driving in wet weather. Works
ok today. Last time I replaced it was in 98 so it is about time I guess. Have
been giving instruction over the phone. I can't remember the trick
fo rreleasing connector.

Thanks for any help

There's little latch at the front of the connector (towards the engine
side).

Push this latch inwards while wiggling the connector downwards. You're
pinching the connector and the latch between your thumb and middle fingers.
It takes a firm squeeze with your fingers, and ladies may be unable to
exert enough force, especially if they have nails. (Spare the "sexism"
flames here...)
