Passenger vanity mirror - Check with Zeta Products per previous post! They had a limited number of OEM Honda parts made in Thailand. / Honda Part number 83230-SAE-T51ZA. / Same gray color as US Fit but has less of a grain texture.

 

The maplights in the JDM Fit are the exact same as the maplights in the USDM Element. o.O Thought I'd throw that out there.
