So sorry about that.
Car is 1989 Honda Civic Hatchback.
We bought is last year, and this is one of the problem the seller has
mentioned before.

General Honda sunroof/moonroof troubleshooting based on Preludes:
1. Glass does not move, but motor turns: Defective cables or gear. Or
depending on type, clutch adjustment bad or foreign matter stuck between
rail and slider.
2. Glass and motor do not turn, but glass can be moved with sunroof wrench:
Bad relay(s), bad switch, blown fuse (unlikely since it opens), bad motor.
