My daughter's been driving my '91 Acura (she's 18). This is the same
car that had its oil drain bolt stipped by Jiffy-Lube recently, and had
its AC converted to the newer coolant not long ago. She mentioned the
battery light came on the other day. I told her this car eats a battery
about every 4 years or so. I added some water the other day and vowed
to check to see when it was I bought that last Sam's club battery. I
checked tonight. The receipt said Aug. 10, 2001. Unbelievable!
p.s I bet the alternator has been undercharging for years.
