No, that is rice. Just a domestic version. Put the same stuff on a civic. I'd still call it rice. Rice to me has always been cars that have been over done, such as many body kits, big wings, scoops, certain stickers, ugly paint, etc. 1000hp or not, that thing is hideous, and I wouldn't be caught near it.

Besides, with those tires that car isn't go anywhere. A 400whp civic would kill that thing on the streets, and I have plenty of hatches that would kill it on the track. This vette, is FULL of FAIL. ;)

 

with a 1006 wHP i would drive a "FULL of FAIL" every day.

Everyone knows stickers = bhp. I bet without all the stickers he's only netting about 550 bhp. LOL!

I don't care if it's got 2,000 bhp I wouldn't be seen dead in that thing.

True 1000hp has been done many times before in the hot rod/ domestic world. But this is probably out of a 5.7L ls6. yeah guy brag that they make 1000hp easy but thats with big block power.(7L+ of displacement) 1000hp small block is respectable in my book no matter how ugly the car its in. as for the guy that said that a 400hp civic would beat it on the street is dead wrong. that car in the hands of a capable driver would stomp anything on the street short of a blown big block.
