Just a quick photoshoot with an EE Wagon. I suppose you could say its our grandfather!

oh heck yes! looks great!

and no matter what anyone says, the old civic wagons ARE our ancestors. more so than any civic hatch or sedan before or after it.

i like those wagons too, but i dunno, his doesn't look that clean to me (crooked exhaust, small dings/dents, dull paint)? maybe it's just the lighting that makes the paint look dull to me though. but still props to your friend for at least keeping it in this condition. there's a couple wagons i've seen around where i live that are clean enough to look brand new.

This lighting was certainly not ideal, but you are right that there are some imperfections. He's only had the car for a few months, (bought for $700) and has devoted most of his time to getting the suspension right. Lowering those cars correctly requires much more than just throwing on a set of springs. Even with a set of full coilovers, he has had to replace a lot of other suspension parts to get it to function well.
