no i just made the common mistake of buying before looking for what i really wanted. i just thought i would be happy with the zippynes of the fit. but turns out. dohc vtec power was what i needed

 

Sorry dude but a 145whp gsr isnt fast. I mean for another couple grand you couldve gotten a used 200+ whp AP1 (6spd, leather, convertable, rwd) which is twice as fast as a gsr and probably with lower mileage too. But hey if your happy.

 

145hp??? how about 170........ and i dont have the $ for an ap1 or the $ to cover the insurance for it

 

To the motor yes. To the wheels, no more than 145 WHP. Just like the fit that comes with 112hp to the motor and about 90whp.

 

i dont care. im happy and thats what matters. and theres so many upgrades and they dont cost a fortune. im happy with that too

 

Nice i would not mind a Type R could not find one for sale around me. That will be my next car is a Type R in white or yellow they are hot

 

Oh i was in thew same boat as u. I like the fit at first but got sick of how slow it really was. So i got my s2K

seriously... i think we all had our chances to get a teg but passed it up cuz it would be stolen or cuz theyre a dime a dozen everywhere so its nothing new. but u know like u said it makes u happy and need not worry about how everyone else feels. ive driven a gsr, definately has what the fit doesnt powerwise. good luck with it dude its really clean!

 

Look, we're just a little angered at the fact that we lost another FitFreaker. We're a tight nit family ya kno? And I mean teg's are starter cars.. or at least we all started out from that and "grew up" and moved to something a little smarter. Sports car like handling, roomie and practical, and easy on the wallets and just straight out unique. Integras including rsx's, are abundant as illegal immigrants flooding into the California border. What you have is what we all had and grew out of.. That's all. Great car!

i love my fit, but man do i miss my gsr.

 

GS-R's are for prepubescent teens, except the wheels, those are for men. That's why you miss yours. It's alright. I had a 200HP+ Honda back in the day too and I miss leather... or pleather really.

 

you havnt lost me. i like this place. lotsa good folks. i plan on stickin around here for a while. and gsr's in the memphis area are kinda rare cuz usually they got some god awful spoiler on em and have hideous body kits.
